Are there delays on the route?

There is a timetable for bus arrivals at intermediate and final points. The passenger independently chooses the departure time; however, the carrier does not guarantee on-time arrival at transfer points for other services or transport and is not liable for schedule deviations or late provision of the vehicle that arise due to force majeure (including but not limited to: weather conditions, traffic jams, actions of state authorities, detours, and other reasons beyond the carrier’s control, as well as actions of the passengers themselves that affect the fulfillment of obligations) or other circumstances (technical malfunctions of the bus on the way to the place of departure) that the Carrier, despite the measures taken, could not foresee or prevent.
