How to refund a ticket?

Our Care Team works around the clock to process ticket refunds or booking changes. Mobile app users can refund a ticket or change a booking in the app.

Funds for a purchased or booked passenger transportation service are refunded to the User in the following amounts and order:

  • if the client requests a refund 24 hours before the booked departure date — the full amount is refunded, excluding commissions and other payments incurred when booking the ticket;
  • if the client requests a refund from 24 hours to 6 hours before departure — 50% of the booking amount is refunded, excluding commissions and other payments incurred when booking the ticket;
  • if the client requests a refund less than 6 hours before departure — 20% of the booking amount is refunded, excluding commissions and other payments incurred when booking the ticket (Section 4.5 of the Public Offer Agreement).

Refunds for purchased services on the routes: Lublin, Radom, Warsaw, Krakow, Katowice, Ostrava, Olomouc, Brno, Jihlava, Prague, Budapest, Vienna, Berlin, Magdeburg, Braunschweig, Hanover, Bielefeld, Dortmund, Essen, Duisburg, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Dresden, Chemnitz, Zwickau, Hof, Bayreuth, Nuremberg, Ingolstadt, Munich, Augsburg, Ulm, and Stuttgart are carried out according to partner carriers’ tariffs.
