The passenger must keep the ticket until the end of the trip and present it upon request of the control service.
The passenger must arrive at the bus departure point indicated on the ticket in advance, but no later than 30 minutes before the departure time stated on the ticket.
At boarding, the passenger must present valid travel documents. The passenger is informed that if they refuse to present documents or if any required document is missing, the carrier has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract with the passenger. The carrier also has the right to refuse the trip if the bus crew suspects that the travel documents may cause problems with border services and delays during border crossings.
If the passenger fails to appear at the departure point according to the information on the ticket, the trip in one direction, including transfers/coach changes, is canceled and no refund is issued for the canceled trip.
One piece of luggage weighing no more than 40 kg may be carried free of charge. Hand luggage measuring no more than 45*35*20 cm and weighing up to 5 kg must be kept in the bus cabin under the feet or on the luggage shelf.
Additional luggage is accepted for transportation only if there is free space in the bus luggage compartment and for an additional fee. The availability of free space in the luggage compartment is determined by the driver at boarding, taking into account the total number of passengers on the bus, distribution by cities, and other factors.
The carrier is responsible only for the presence of the piece of luggage that it has accepted for transportation, i.e., for which the passenger was issued a document (baggage sticker) confirming acceptance of the luggage.
If the passenger arrives for boarding in dirty clothing, is intoxicated, behaves inadequately, aggressively, or suspiciously, or does not have the documents required to cross the border, the carrier has the right to unilaterally terminate the transportation contract.
