For what reasons can a passenger be refused travel?

The bus driver has the right to refuse carriage to passengers who:

  • are under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
  • disturb public order;
  • carry hazardous items, including flammable or explosive materials, or items that could soil the vehicle or passengers’ clothing.
