I have a complaint. How can I submit it?

If you did not use the ticket, you can submit a request for a refund of its cost minus the applicable fee. You can find information about the fee amount here. Please use our contact form for this. Attach documents to your request that confirm you did not use the ticket.

Examples of documents that may confirm you did not use the ticket:

  • Confirmation from your employer that you did not travel due to work
  • Documents confirming you were not at the departure location at the time the bus left (e.g., a plane ticket or hotel reservation)
  • A sworn statement attesting that you did not travel
  • A sworn statement from a third party attesting that you did not travel
  • Other documents confirming that you did not travel

As soon as we review your request, we will issue a refund using the same payment method that was used for the original booking (if you provided payment details).
