When purchasing a ticket in the mobile app or on the website, a link to the e-ticket is sent via SMS. Printing tickets is not required for boarding. Passengers who reserved a seat through the contact center receive their ticket during the trip from the driver or in the waiting hall (upon request).
Passengers receive a standard ticket for travel on public routes, the form of which is approved by Order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications No. 503 of 25.05.2006. The fare, information about the carrier, the insurer, and the insurance amount are entered on the ticket in printed form.
